COVID-19 Service Update

May 25, 2021

To Our Valued Customers,

On May 25, 2021, the BC government announced updated travel restrictions to reduce the transmission of
COVID‐19. The updated restrictions continue to call on people to avoid all non‐essential travel into and out
of B.C. and between regions of the province. We want to ensure that we are taking the appropriate steps in
being part of the solution. As such, we have made the decision to continue to suspend service for BC Ferries
Connector.

We anticipate return to a reduced service schedule as of Friday June 18, 2021. Please note that this return date
is subject to change and will be dependent upon the course of action dictated by the impact of coronavirus.

If you have a current booking that falls within the dates of our closure, you will be contacted by one
of our agents and will be issued a travel credit towards a later date. For those who purchased Flexible Tickets,
you will be issued a refund. If you booked through a third‐party travel website, please contact your original
booking partner for assistance.

Stay safe and healthy, we look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon.

Thank you,
