May 8th, 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate through these challenging times.  After the recent announcements from the Government of British Columbia, we have again made the difficult decision to extend the suspension of operations on all our scheduled services.

Our YYJ Airport Shuttle, Vancouver Island Connector and Tofino Bus services will be suspended service until further notice with no set startup date in place at this time.  BC Ferries Connector, Gray Line Sightseeing Victoria, and CVS Tours will be suspending all runs until June 4th, 2020. We will return to a reduced service schedule as of June 5th, 2020. Further details on our revised service schedule will be distributed in the coming weeks. Please note that this return date is subject to change and will be dependent upon the course of action dictated by the impact of coronavirus.

I assure you that this is not a decision that we have made lightly and that we have every intention on restarting service, at a reduced level, as soon as possible. Our team continues to work with our industry partners, community leaders and governments to form a re‐start and recovery plan. The safety of our passengers and staff continue to be our top priority as we look to implement policies and procedures that align with the BC Provincial Health Authorities and WorkSafe BC guidelines.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and please do not hesitate to reach out to our Brand Manager, Samantha Wilson, if there is anything we can do to assist you further.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon.

Thank you,

John Wilson
