If you are departing from the Pacific Central Station in Vancouver and have a reservation, please proceed directly to Bay 8 at Pacific Central Station and the driver will check you in.
Reservations and pre-payment are required for all enroute pick ups and drop offs; please ensure reservations are made 3 hrs prior to departure.
3) Vancouver International Airport -YVR
Please check-in at the Pacific Coach Lines ticket counter located in the International Arrivals Terminal on the Arrivals level. Bus departure location is directly outside the terminal and through the exit closest to the ticket counter.
IMPORTANT: When reserving your transportation from Downtown Victoria to YVR Airport, please consider weather and traffic conditions as they will impact travel time. Make sure you allow enough time when planning your trip to YVR from Victoria.
Reservations are required for guaranteed boarding. Passengers without reservations will be served on a “first come, first serve” basis and are NOT guaranteed a seat.
Please note: Passengers without a reservation are NOT permitted on any 5:45am departures as the bus depot does not open until 7am, we are unable to process any walk-up tickets before 7am.
On board BC Ferry: The BC Ferries Connector ticket counter on the ferry is open for ticket sales during the first 30 minutes of the sailing.
Cancellations & Amendments
All bookings without Travel Protection will become non-refundable 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
Passengers without Travel Protection may be charged a re-issuing fee of $10 for any amendments or cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
Travel Protection on the BC Ferries Connector gives the traveling customer protection against schedule changes and or cancellation. If Travel Protection is purchased, the customer will be able to change/amend their BC Ferries Connector booking at any time up until 1 hour prior to their scheduled time of departure without being subject to a Re-issue fee. Travel Protection also allows the customer to cancel their booking at any time and receive a 100% refund. Without Travel Protection, customers will be charged a re-issue fee for any amendments made to their booking, or a cancellation fee for any cancellations. All bookings without Travel Protection will become non-refundable 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
The cost of Travel Protection is $3.00+Tax per traveler, per booking.
Travel Protection itself is 100% non-refundable, and will not be refunded even if a full refund is given for travel or other products purchased.
Children/Students must be 15 years of age or older to travel unaccompanied by an adult on BC Ferries Connector. BC Ferries Connector will not be responsible for unaccompanied minors while they are aboard BC Ferries

BC residents aged 65 and older are eligible to receive a discounted rate. To receive the BC Seniors rate you must book by calling 1 888 788 8840
Child & Infant Rates
Child Rate: 5 to 11 years (see Fares)
Please note all children must be travelling with an adult
Infants: ages 0-4 years – Free if they do not require their own seat. If you wish to have your 0-4 year old in their own seat we recommend you purchase a child rate ticket.
Students with valid middle school, high school or post secondary student ID, qualify for a student fare. Presentation of student ID and one additional piece of photo ID at time of purchase and departure. BC school students only
