Excellent service We used the connector to get from the Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver to the bus station in Victoria. The driver was excellent and kept us informed at all times. The coach stopped at the Pacific Central Station to use the facilities. On the way from there to the ferry terminal at Tsawwassen we got held up in traffic. The driver was in communication with the ferry and fortunately we made it - the last vehicle to get on the boat.
Very smooth service - highly recommended I just want to echo what a previous reviewer said about today’s (8 September) morning transfer from Victoria to Vancouver. The service works very well and i highly recommend it but I especially want to thank our driver, James, who was excellent. He was very helpful, gave us very clear information (with the right amount of humour) and was simply outstanding. Thank you James
