IMPORTANT: Reservations are required for guaranteed boarding. Passengers without reservations will be served on a “first come, first served” basis and are NOT guaranteed a seat.  Please note that walk ups are NOT permitted on any 5:45 am departures.

Reservations are required for all services including downtown to downtown, enroute and hotel pick-up; onboard BC Ferries, Cruise Ship (Canada Place and Ballantyne) Services. Passengers without reservations will be served in “first come, first served” order. We cannot guarantee boarding without a reservation, as space is subject to availability.

On board the Ferry: For those customers requiring service between Vancouver & Victoria (or reverse direction) but are purchasing their ticket on board BC Ferries please note that our BC Ferries Connector ticket counter onboard the ferry is open for ticket sales the first 30 minutes of the sailing only. You may purchase your ticket directly from the BC Ferries Connector Driver at the ticket counter.  Note: reservations and prepaid ticket are suggested for this service as seats are subject to availability.  We cannot guarantee that a seat will be available unless a prepaid reservation has been made. Please see your BC Ferries Connector driver for more details.


Vancouver Bus Depot  is Pacific Central Station – If you have a reservation, please proceed directly to Bay 9 at Pacific Central Station and the driver will check you in upon boarding.

Victoria Bus Depot is Capital City Station – If you have a reservation, there is no need to check in at the counter unless you are making a change.   Driver check in is curbside.


Reservations and pre-payment are required; please ensure reservation is made 24 hrs prior to departure. BC Ferries Connector has specific or designated pickup and drop-off points. Advise driver directly of your drop-off point.


Please check-in at the Pacific Coach Lines ticket counter which is located in the International Arrivals Terminal on the Arrivals level prior to boarding. Bus departure location is located directly outside the terminal, close to the ticket counter. Please refer to our YVR Victoria Link schedule for current departure/arrival information. Some departures require coach transfer at Tsawwassen ferry terminal (driver will handle luggage)

This bus will be operated by Pacific Coach Lines from YVR and will connect with a BC Ferries Connector bus at Tswassen ferry terminal.

Please note the 7:40pm departure from YVR Airport (when operating) terminates at Swartz Bay.

Enroute pick-up and drop off service is also available at the River Rock Casino Resort (located close to Casino entrance), reservations and prepayment required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  When reserving your transportation from Downtown Victoria to YVR Airport, please consider road, weather and traffic conditions; it is recommended that allowance is made for this when selecting your departure time from downtown Victoria.

The following are the times that airlines require check-in for departure:

International Departures: Three hours prior to scheduled airline departure time
Domestic Departures: One to 1.5 hours prior to scheduled airline departure time


Children/Students must be 15 years of age or older to travel unaccompanied by an adult on BC Ferries Connector.


Travel Protection on the BC Ferries Connector gives the travelling customer protection against the following: Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption and/or Trip Itinerary Changes. If Travel Protection is purchased, the customer will be able to change/amend their booking at any time up until 1 hour prior to their scheduled time of departure, without being subject to a Re-Issue Fee. Travel Protection also allows the customer to cancel their booking at any time and receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Without Travel Protection: Customers without Travel Protection may be charged a Re-Issue fee for any amendments made to their booking, or a Cancellation Fee for any cancellations. All bookings without Travel Protection will become non-refundable 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure.

The cost of Travel Protection is $3.00+Tax per traveler, per booking.

Per booking means you are only charged once for each unique passenger on a booking, regardless of how many different types of travel (one-way, round-trip etc.), are booked, provided they are all in one booking, (one payment, one confirmation number).

Travel Protection itself is 100% non-refundable, and will not be refunded even if a full refund is given for travel or other products purchased. Any Travel Protection Refund Claims will be honored up to 30 Days after scheduled travel date.

Travel Protection does not apply to any bookings made prior to January 1st, 2018. All bookings made before January 1st 2018 will fall under the Cancellation and Amendment policy in place at the time of the original booking.

For Customers Booking Online: If you are purchasing multiple one-way trips or products on our website, the Travel Protection price will re-appear every time you return to the checkout screen, so please make sure to leave it selected.

We are pleased to provide baggage storage onboard our coaches. Please ensure that you have placed a personal luggage tag (Name, Contact Info) onto your bag before travelling. Please also make sure you have obtained and placed the correct BC Ferries Connector destination tag on your baggage as well. Baggage is limited to 2 pieces, not to exceed 22.5 kg (50 lbs.) per piece and 1 carry-on (15 lbs and under).

All baggage must be tagged with an appropriate destination baggage tag. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage; baggage is the responsibility of the traveler.

Please note: BC Ferries Connector is able to transport items which are “Restricted” onboard BC Ferries; service is available from “depot to depot” only i.e. Downtown Vancouver (Pacific Central Station), YVR (Vancouver International Airport) or Downtown Victoria (Capital City Station). Items include Boxes, Food, Fragile items, Golf Clubs, Skis and Snowboards.


These items will be accepted for transport on a space available basis and must be properly contained (box or bag). We are not responsible for damages to any equipment that is carried.

  • Bikes in Oversized Boxes  $50.00 (+tax)
  • Bicycle service is available (with reservations for bicycle) from Pacific Central Station; Capital City Station Victoria Terminal; YVR Airport.

Storage is available at Capital City Station in Victoria for short term, full day, and overnight.

Short term (up to 2 hours) – $5 per bag
Short term (up to 4 hours) – $8 per bag
Full Day (until Station Closes) – $12 per bag
Overnight (until Station Closes the following day) – $20 per bag

Lost & Found

  • If you lose something on a bus, please call Lost & Found at 778.405.0238 or email
  • If you find something on a bus, give it to the driver who will deliver it to our Lost and Found.
  • Found articles may be claimed during the hours of 07:00 – 15:00 PST, Monday – Friday at 4196 Glanford Avenue, Victoria.
  • Found articles are kept for up to 30 days. If you call us and we have the article we will hold it for a maximum of seven days. All unclaimed articles will be donated to charitable organizations.


We cannot accommodate the carriage of pets. Exception: People with Disabilities (CNIB or DSI card required) service animals accompanying an individual inside the coach. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented.


BC Ferries Connector Lines has a limited number of wheelchair lift equipped coaches in its fleet. For passengers who require the service of a wheelchair lift equipped coach, we require reservations and full prepayment AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of the trip. While we will do our utmost to provide this service, the service is subject to confirmation.

Please note due to safety considerations wheelchair lift services are available for embarkation (boarding) and disembarkation at originating departure locations only; Victoria Bus Terminal (Capital City Station), Vancouver Bus Terminal (Pacific Central Station) and YVR (Vancouver International Airport).  For passengers who use non-motorized mobility aids i.e. walkers and are able to board the coach with some assistance, we are able to store the non-motorized mobility aid under the coach. Motorized scooters cannot be carried. We require that you phone us at least 48 hours before your departure to request assistance, and that you be at the depot/terminal no less than 30 minutes prior to departure for boarding.
