Pickup: Check-in at the Universal Coach Lines Skylynx Kiosk, located in International Arrivals, at the bottom of the escalator.
Drop-off: YVR Airport International Departures.
Pickup/drop-off: – Vancouver Bus Depot – Pacific Central Station. (1150 Station Street, Vancouver BC).
Pickup: Located at the transit stop #50419 on Southwest corner of Cambie St.
Drop-off: Located at the transit stop #50475 on Northeast corner of Cambie St (across the street from the King Edward Canada Line SkyTrain Station).
Drop-off: Located at the transit stop #50467 on the Northeast corner of Cambie St.
Pickup: Located at the transit stop #50985 on the Southwest corner on Cambie St.
Drop-off: Located at the transit stop #50999 on the Northeast corner of Cambie St (in front of the Langara-49th Canada Line SkyTrain Station).
Pickup: Stop located at the transit stop Bay 3 (Stop ID: 60307) on the southwest corner of Cambie Street at 10th Avenue. Note: This location is limited to 2 pieces of checked luggage per person.
Drop-off: Stop located at the transit stop Bay 2 (Stop ID: 61027) on Cambie Street at Broadway (in front of the Broadway-City Hall Canada Line SkyTrain Station).
This location is reserved for cruise ship passengers only.
Pickup: From Cruise Terminal, as the passenger disembarks off their cruise ship, pass through customs and look for our agent holding a sign that says ‘BC Ferries Connector – Bus Service to Victoria BC” and check with that agent. DO NOT attempt to walk out onto the bus loading area without checking in with the agent! Passengers must bring any luggage with them as they disembark the cruise ship, and bring the luggage to our bus so we can check it in.
Drop-off: Located in the underground bus area inside the cruise ship terminal at Canada Place. Please ensure your cruise ship luggage tag is already on your bags and clearly visible before arriving at your pick up location. Ensure all passports, boarding documents and medications are with you or in your carry-on bag.
Pickup/drop-off: Stop is Curbside in front of the hotel lobby on Davie Street. (1755 Davie St)
Pickup/drop-off: Stop is Curbside in front of the hotel lobby on Robson Street. (1225 Robson St)
Pickup/drop-off: Located at the bus parking area in front of hotel lobby on Burrard Street. (1015 Burrard St).
Pickup/drop off: Stop is located at the bus pick up area on Georgia Street, north side exit of the hotel lobby. (900 W Georgia St)
Pickup/drop-off: Stop is located at the bus parking area on Howe Street, outside the hotel lobby to the right. (900 Canada Pl Way)
Pickup/drop-off: Stop is located at the bus parking area in front of hotel on Beatty Street. (773 Beatty St).

Pickup ONLY: Stop is located on Highway 17A at the transit stop right after crossing over Highway 10 (Ladner Trunk Rd) on the Southwest corner. Southbound Hwy 17A @ Ladner Trunk Rd (Stop ID: 56665).
Stop is limited to 2 pieces of checked luggage per person.
Pickup/drop-off: Stop is located at the parking area outside hotel lobby. (1601 Bayshore Drive)
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Vancouver – Tsawwassen – Meet Bus and Driver Onboard Ferry
Ferry ticket not included. You must purchase a ferry ticket for the correct sailing from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay from the BC Ferries foot-passenger desk at the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. Board the ferry for your sailing. You must check in with the bus driver at their desk on the passenger desk of the ferry within the first 30 minutes of sailing. You will need to keep your luggage with you during the ferry sailing. The driver will take your luggage from you and check it in at the end of the sailing when you board the bus.
Please note: Our bus service only runs on specific Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay ferry sailings and on-board seats are limited. If you have any questions regarding this booking, what to do with luggage, or which ferry sailing you should be on, please call us at 1-888-788-8840 for assistance.
This location can only be booked as a one-way trip.
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Vancouver – Tsawwassen – Ferry Terminal
Drop off location is onboard the Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen ferry sailing. Passengers should disembark the bus after boarding the Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen ferry sailing. Passengers will not reboard the bus at Tsawwassen, and will walk off the ferry with the foot passengers.
Important: The arrival time listed on your bus ticket is the time you leave our bus at the beginning of your ferry sailing. The full sailing will take approximately 1hr 35min after the arrival time on your ticket. If you are being picked up or connecting with public transit, please note the arrival time of the ferry, not the arrival time on your bus ticket.
This location can only be booked as a one-way trip.
Bus Terminus: Stop is located curbside at the Crystal Gardens Conference Centre, 721 Douglas Street. Make sure you’re on the correct side of the street, (same side as the Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant).
Drop-off only: This location is at the transit stop on Douglas at Discovery St.
Pickup: Stop located at the transit stop (Stop ID: 100198) on Douglas Street in front of the Victoria Press Building. Note: This stop cannot take luggage
Drop off: Stop located directly across the street from the Victoria Press Building, 2621 Douglas Street, Victoria BC.
Pickup: Stop located at the transit stop (Stop ID: 100358) on Douglas Street at Finlayson Street, in front of the Mayfair Shopping Centre. Note: This location is limited to 2 pieces of checked luggage per person.
Drop-off (only): Stop located at the transit stop (Stop ID: 100347) on Douglas Street at Finlayson Street, in front of the Toyota dealership.
Pickup: Stop located at the transit stop (Stop ID: 101477) on Elk Lake Drive, across from Marsett Place. Note: This location is limited to 2 pieces of checked luggage per person.
Drop-off: Stop located at the transit stop (Stop ID: 101478) in front of the Berwick Royal Oak, 4680 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria BC.
Pickup: Stop located on the side of the Pat Bay highway, at the Transit Stop before the Pat Bay and Mt Newton Crossroad intersection. Transit stop ID: 102474. Note: This location is limited to 2 pieces of checked luggage per person.
Drop-off: Stop located on the side of the Pat Bay highway, at the Transit Stop after the Pat Bay and Mt Newton Crossroad intersection. Transit stop ID: 102469.
Pickup: Stop located at the transit stop (Stop ID: 100642) on Vernon Avenue across the street from Save-On-Foods/Saanich Plaza, just after crossing Saanich Road. Note: This stop cannot take luggage.
Drop-off: Stop located on Saanich Road, just after turning right off Blanshard Street (next to Uptown Centre), Transit Stop ID: 100593.
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Victoria – Swartz Bay – Meet Bus and Driver Onboard Ferry
Ferry ticket not included. You must purchase a ferry ticket for the correct sailing from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen from the BC Ferries foot-passenger desk at the Swartz bay ferry terminal. Board the ferry for your sailing. You must check in with the bus driver at their desk on the passenger desk of the ferry within the first 30 minutes of sailing. Name of option to choose in our booking system: Gulf Islands (Transfer at Tsawwassen)
Ferry ticket not included.
You must purchase a ferry ticket from your Gulf Islands Ferry Terminal to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal at the BC Ferries Foot Passenger Desk located at your departure terminal.
Passengers are responsible for selecting a ferry sailing that arrives at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal in time to meet our bus at the pickup time listed for our service.
Upon arrival at Tsawwassen, walk off the Gulf Islands ferry and proceed to Berth 3. From there, take the stairs or elevator down to ground level. Look for the BC Ferries Connector, Wilson’s, Skylynx, or Universal Coach Lines bus or shuttle will be there to meet you.
IMPORTANT:
Do NOT exit through the regular passenger exit. The stairs/elevator at Berth 3 are the only way to access the area where our bus is parked. Our service does not stop at the regular terminal exit.
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Gulf Islands (Transfer at Tsawwassen)
The driver will get a separate boarding pass for the passenger when checking through the pay booth at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. This ticket will be for the next available sailing from Tsawwassen to the Gulf Islands.
After obtaining the ticket, the driver will drop the passenger at Berth 3, where they can take the stairs or the elevator up to the walkway leading to their assigned berth for their Gulf Islands ferry. The passenger will then board their ferry as a foot passenger.
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Gulf Islands (Transfer at Swartz Bay)
The driver will get the boarding pass (for the next available Swartz Bay to Gulf Islands ferry), when checking through the ticket booth at Swartz Bay Terminal. The passenger will get off the bus once inside the Swartz Bay Terminal, collect their ferry ticket from the driver, walk up the stairs to the walkway and proceed to the berth for the Gulf Islands Ferry, where the passenger will walk onto the Gulf Islands Ferry.
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Salt Spring Island – Fulford Harbour (via Tsawwassen)
This stop requires two ferry trips:
- From Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay
- Then from Swartz Bay Terminal to Fulford Harbour on Salt Spring Island
The driver will obtain a through‑fare boarding pass covering the entire route (Tsawwassen → Swartz Bay → Fulford). The passenger will receive this boarding pass from the driver when they exit the bus on board the Tsawwassen–Swartz Bay ferry.
At the end of the sailing, the passenger will not re-board the bus. Instead, they will walk off the ferry at Swartz Bay Terminal as a foot passenger, proceed to the Fulford waiting area, and transfer to the Fulford ferry—also as a foot passenger.
The driver will get the boarding pass (for Swartz Bay to Fulford ferry), when checking through the ticket booth at Swartz Bay Terminal. Ticket will be for the next available sailing. The passenger will get off the bus once inside the Swartz Bay Terminal, walk up the stairs to the walkway and proceed to the berth for Fulford Harbour, where the passenger will walk onto the Fulford Ferry.
Name of option to choose in our booking system: Nanaimo – Duke Point (Transfer at Tsawwassen)
Ferry ticket NOT included.
You must purchase a ferry ticket from Duke Point Ferry Terminal to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal at the BC Ferries Foot Passenger Desk located at Duke Point.
Passengers are responsible for selecting a ferry sailing that arrives at Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal in time to meet our bus at the pickup time listed for our service.
When you arrive at Tsawwassen, walk off the Duke Point ferry and proceed to Berth 3. From there, take the stairs or elevator down to ground level. Look for the BC Ferries Connector, Wilson’s, or Universal Coach Lines bus that will arrive to meet you.
IMPORTANT:

Name of option to choose in our booking system: Nanaimo – Duke Point (Transfer at Tsawwassen)
The driver will get a separate ferry boarding pass for the passenger when checking through the pay booth at the Tsawwassen Terminal. This ticket will be for the next available sailing.
The driver will then drop the passenger at Berth 3, where they can take the stairs or elevator up to the walkway leading to the correct berth for the Duke Point sailing. The passenger will then board their ferry as a foot passenger.
