COVID-19 Update

BC Ferries Connector will be suspending all runs effective Sunday, March 22nd, through May 15th, 2020. We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our customers and employees and to be part of the solution to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. We plan to return to a reduced service schedule with two daily runs as of May 15th, 2020. Please note that this return date is subject to change and will be dependent upon the course of action dictated by the impact of coronavirus .We apologize for any inconvenience this change in service may cause and thank you for your understanding as we work through this together.

If you have a current booking that falls within the dates of our closure, you will be contacted by one of our agents and will be issued a travel credit towards a later date. For those who purchased Travel Protection, you will be issued a refund.

If you booked your travel directly through the Wilson’s Group Reservations Centre, and are looking to adjust your booking with us, please visit the corresponding website for the service you have booked to speak with someone through our online “agent chat” feature, or contact us via email at reservations@gowilsonsgroup.com. We ask that you refrain from contacting our agents until 7 days prior to your booking so we can assist all passengers in a timely manner. If you booked through a thirdparty travel website, like Expedia or with a travel agent please contact your original booking partner for assistance.

Any bookings through our Wilson’s Group Reservations Call Centre will not be available until further notice. For passengers looking to book travel with us beyond May 15th, 2020 please visit our website at www.bcfconnector.com or email reservations@gowilsonsgroup.com.
