COVID-19 Service Update

June 2th, 2020

It is with great consideration that we regret to inform you that BC Ferries Connector will be suspending service on all runs until until further notice. We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our customers and employees and to be part of the solution to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID‐19.

I assure you that this is not a decision that we have made lightly and that we have every intention on restarting service, at a reduced level, as soon as possible. Our team continues to work with our industry partners, community leaders and governments to form a re‐start and recovery plan. The safety of our passengers and staff continue to be our top priority as we look to implement policies and procedures that align with the BC Provincial Health Authorities and WorkSafe BC guidelines.

If you have a current booking that falls within the dates of our closure, you will be contacted and issued a travel credit towards a later date. For those who purchased Travel Protection, you will be issued a refund. If you booked through a third‐party travel website, like Expedia or with a travel agent please contact your original booking partner for assistance.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon.

Thank you,
