COVID-19 Service Update

April 23rd, 2021

To Our Valued Customers,

On April 20, 2021, the BC government announced new travel restrictions to reduce the transmission of
COVID‐19. The new restrictions call on people to avoid all non‐essential travel into and out of B.C. and
between regions of the province. We want to ensure that we are taking the appropriate steps in
being part of the solution. As such, we have made the decision to suspend service for BC Ferries
Connector.

Service will be suspended on all runs starting April 25th, 2021. We will return to a reduced
service schedule as of Friday May 28th, 2021. Please note that this return date is subject to
change and will be dependent upon the course of action dictated by the impact of coronavirus.

If you have a current booking that falls within the dates of our closure, you will be contacted by one
of our agents and will be issued a travel credit towards a later date. For those who purchased Travel
Protection, you will be issued a refund. If you booked through a third‐party travel website, please
contact your original booking partner for assistance.

Stay safe and healthy, we look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon.

Thank you,
