To Our Valued Customers,

Due to ongoing construction at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in Vancouver, the normal pickup location for the BC Ferries Connector is not accessible at this time. During construction the BC Ferries Connector will not be able to stop at this location from November 24th, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

As an alternative, the BC Ferries Connector recommends selecting one of the two following Hotel stops (whichever is closer to your starting point or final destination):

Option #1: Sutton Place
Stop is located at the bus parking area on Burrard Street, right outside hotel lobby. (845 Burrard St).

Option #2: Days Inn Downtown Vancouver
Stop is Curbside in front of the hotel lobby on Pender Street. (921 Pender St).
